The end of the quarter can be a very stressful experience, especially for those who have slacked off. The quarter will end on Thursday, November 5th. After Thursday, November 5th late work will no longer be accepted unless students have made prior arrangements with your teacher. One good thing about the quarter ending is that there is no school Friday, November 6th! So make sure that all of your work and anything you want credit for is turned in by it’s given due dates!

 

Phoenix High School has four quarters for every year, and this marks the first of the four. This quarter grade will be the one that colleges see on your transcript. It will also affect your overall GPA and could possibly determine what college you go to.

 

Students, keep in mind that schedule changes will be available after second quarter. In order to get a schedule change you must make an appointment with your counselor, either Mr. Koekkoek or Mrs. Ingwerson.
